This is a community-oriented and community-supported developer site. It is funded and operated by Pactolus Communication Software, but it includes contributions of content from the community. Because of this:

Contributing software to the site
This site includes a Subversion repository containing reference applications and associated software that is provided under the terms of the MIT open source license. We welcome others in the community to contribute applications to the repository. Contirbutors agree that all contributions are subject solely to the terms of this license. Each file contributed must contain the a header with the license terms stated in the section MIT Open Source License below. All the software under the Community project in the Subversion of the repository is provided under the MIT open source license.
If you choose not to contribute to the site
That's fine. There is no requirement that you do so. You are still welcome to use the information, tools, and applications that are available here under the terms of the licenses and policys set forth herein.
Site control
Pactolus has the right, but not the obligation, to control the content of this web site to determine compliance with these usage terms and any other operating rules established by Pactolus, and has the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on this web site that it finds to be in violation of these terms or is otherwise objectionable. Use of Pactolus Software Platform Products
Pactolus has contributed downloadable software to the site that includes its Software Platform. The Software Platform consists of the application server, media server, service creation environment, prompt manager, element manager, and associated User's Guides. This Software is provided for use only under the terms of Pactolus' Software License which is included in the download page(s) for these products. You must read and agree to the Pacotlus Software License Agreement before downloading these products. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Terms of Use document, the use of the Pactolus Software Platform products are subject to those license agreement(s) which you must agree to before downloading the products.
Export Law Compliance
Any person or entity exporting or re-exporting Pactolus' products directly or indirectly and via any means, including electronic transfer, is wholly responsible for doing so in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and the laws of host countries. Pactolus assumes no responsibility or liability for your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals. Approvals are dependent upon an item's technical characteristics, the destination, end-use and end-user, as well as other activities of the end user. Specifically, no Pactolus product may be exported to embargoed or otherwise restricted countries or end users. Please consult the Bureau of Industry and Security web page and other sources before exporting Pactolus' products from the U.S. and familiarize yourself with the laws of destination countries before re-exporting Pactolus' products.
